Although there will be 2 umpires on each field this is to help control the game for the time and keep all parties on the field safe. College coaches will work the event behind the backstops, on-field or in-dugout and is designed to be flexible for instruction style for each college coach working the event and will be rotating fields every 45 minutes. A Triple Crown Roster is required to be entered online. The roster goes into a handbook, which is given to ALL college coaches in attendance. College Coaches will work the team event from the backstops. Equipment Required for Participants: Coaches are required to complete a Triple Crown Roster online at www.triplecrownsports.com Teams are to bring their own equipment as if playing in a tournament. Game Times Available: Schedule will be published online after 4:00 P.M. (MST) on November 10, 2020 The Showcase in the City of Lights is typically held in Las Vegas and is a unique opportunity for athletes and college coaches from around the country to integrate into one location and receive instruction from a variety of collegiate sources. 2019 marked the 13th year for the Showcase in the City of Lights Team Showcase. Majestic Park is the only facility used for this event, creating an intimate atmosphere between college coaches and teams participating in the event. Available room was limited in the Individual Showcase Camp in 2019 by position and filled at 312 players. In 2018, the event sold out August 1st, almost 2 1/2 months prior to the entry deadline. Please plan accordingly and guarantee your spot for 2020 with registration and payment as soon as possible. In 2007, Triple Crown Sports added the team showcase to the individual showcase to create a well-rounded event. The success of the event enables us to keep the team portion of The Showcase in the City of Lights and the Individual Showcase Camp conflict free so players can and are encouraged to participate in both portions of the event to maximize their experience. ![]()
