This camp is open to all participants; limited by age and number of athletes the camp can take. 70+ College Coaches attended in 2021 from NCAA DI, NCAA DII, NCAA DIII, NAIA and Junior Colleges!
Individual Showcase price includes T-shirt (you will be given the size indicated on registration), 3 instructional showcase games, parent talk, offensive and defensive skills and session, and college coach open house.
Each player must provide their own bat bag, glove, bats, helmet, uniform, sweats, catching gear, etc. Bring your own water and food!
Showcase schedule will be published online after 4:00 p.m. (MT) on October 19, 2022.

FORMAT & ITINERARY
ITINERARY, 2021
Thursday, Oct. 27: Check In will be at Bally's Hotel Convention Center, Skyview rooms 5/6 TBA. Check In will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Friday, Oct. 28: ALL Pitchers and Catchers need to be at Majestic Park on the lower pod (field 11) warmed up and ready to throw by 7:00am, we suggest pitchers and catchers arrive between 6:15am and 6:30am in order to warm up for the pitching and catching session. Pitchers do not need to being a catcher we will have catchers to warm them up and catch them during that session of the camp.
ALL other players will need to be at Majestic Park on the lower pod (fields 7-12) warmed up and ready to go by 9:00am, again we suggest players arrive between 8:15am and 8:30am to warm up. Players will be on their own for warm up and can throw and warm up with other camp participants, PARENTS please do not warm up your athletes. Players will complete the skills and drills with their showcase team and will rotate with their teams for offense and defense. Teams will be assigned to fields again fields 7-12 are on the lower pod.
ALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS : During the skills clinic session a parent talk will take place. A Triple Crown representative will provide general information on the collegiate process. Everyone is welcome and we strongly encourage everyone's attendance.
Saturday Oct. 29: 3 Instructional Showcase Games Majestic Park (Scheduled Field) the game schedules will be posted at check in and online October 25th. All players must be with their showcase team at the scheduled field (teams and schedules will be known to players one week prior to the event and copies will be in their player packet at check in. Cleats on and ready to warm up by 7:15 AM.
Sunday, Oct. 30:After the completion of the team showcase games event, all participants are to meet at the lower pod for the Open House with the College Coaches. NCAA coaches are not allowed to speak with participants about their softball program, but can answer general questions about their school. NAIA and Junior College programs will be able to speak to ALL participants.

After the team showcase games on Sunday all players are welcome to take part in the college coach open house starting roughly at 12:45pm. This is the opportunity for players to carry on conversations with college coaches and learn more about their schools and programs.
College coaches will be on the field instructing players during all individual showcase games and activities. Participants will have new set of college coaches each game. This also allows participants to learn from as many coaches as possible throughout the weekend.
Triple Crown will not be connecting individual athletes with college coaches at this event. We simply allow all coaches on the field in an instructional environment with all athletes and provide general information to athletes, parents and club coaches. Triple Crown uses a unique showcase game format. Innings will consist of 6 and 7 batter half innings (not 6 outs) for a 6 inning game. This allows for more playing and batting opportunities for participants.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
If an individual cancels after October 14, 2022 no refund will be given.
If an individual cancels before October 14, 2022 a 20% admin fee will be assessed
If an event does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
There is a chance this tournament could be canceled due to inclement weather. If the event is canceled prior to the start of the event, a 20% administrative fee will be retained to cover fixed costs or a transfer as previously detailed will be offered.
If the event starts and you play 0 games, TCS will retain 20% of your entry fee to cover administration costs; if you play one game TCS will refund 50% and 2 games or more, no refund will be provided.
