This camp is open to all participants; limited by age and number of athletes the camp can take. 70+ College Coaches attended in 2021 from NCAA DI, NCAA DII, NCAA DIII, NAIA and Junior Colleges!
Individual Showcase price includes participant gift, 2 instructional showcase games coached by college coaches, offensive and defensive skills and session run by college coaches, parent talk and college coach open house.
Each player must provide their own bat bag, glove, bats, helmet, uniform, sweats, catching gear, etc. Bring your own water and food!
Showcase schedule will be published online after 4:00 p.m. (MT) on October 21, 2024 (ALL PLAYERS IN THE INDIVIDUAL EVENT SHOULD PLAN ON BEGINNING FRIDAY OCTOBER 25TH AT 8:00AM).

FORMAT & ITINERARY
ITINERARY, 2024 (This is a sample it may change)
Thursday, Oct. 24: Check In will be at Horseshoe Hotel Convention Center, room TBA. Check In will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Friday, Oct. 25: ALL Pitchers and Catchers need to be at Majestic Park on the lower pod (field 11) warmed up and ready to throw by 8:00am, we suggest pitchers and catchers arrive between 7:15am and 7:30am in order to warm up for the pitching and catching session. Pitchers do not need to bring a catcher we will have catchers to warm them up and catch them during that session of the camp.
ALL other players will need to be at Majestic Park at their assigned field to begin a warm up and ready to go by 9:30am, again we suggest players arrive between 8:15am and 8:30am to warm up and make sure they are in the correct location. Players will be on their own for warm up and can throw and warm up with other camp participants, PARENTS please do not warm up your athletes. Players will complete a showcase game as well as a skills and drills with their showcase team and will rotate with their teams for offensive/defensive skills and drills. Teams will be assigned to fields again fields 1-6 are on the upper pod while 7-12 are on the lower pod, please check the schedule carefully as there is a large distance between the upper and lower pods
ALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS : After the skills clinic session on Friday a parent talk will take place. A Triple Crown representative will provide general information on the collegiate process. Everyone is welcome and we strongly encourage everyone's attendance.
Saturday Oct. 26: Another Instructional Showcase Game will be scheduled for an 8:00AM start. All players must be with their showcase team at the scheduled field (teams and schedules will be known to players one week prior to the event and copies will be in their player packet at check in. Cleats on and ready to warm up by 7:15 AM. Players will complete a showcase game as well as a skills and drills session with their showcase team and will rotate with their team for offensive/defensive skills and drills.
Sunday, Oct. 27:After the completion of the team showcase games event, all participants are to meet at the lower pod for the Open House with the College Coaches. NCAA coaches may not be allowed to speak with certain participants about their softball program depending upon graduation year, but can answer general questions about their school. NAIA and Junior College programs will be able to speak to ALL participants about any topic.

Each player will play one instructional and controlled showcase game as well as participate in a showcase game as well as a skills and drills session Friday and Saturday. Friday morning which will feature; pitching, catching, offense and defense (ground balls and fly balls). Each player will play 2 instructional and controlled showcase games on prior to the instructional showcase game and skills and drills session. After the team showcase games on Sunday all players are welcome to take part in the college coach open house starting roughly at 12:45pm. This is the opportunity for players to carry on conversations with college coaches and learn more about their schools and programs.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
If an individual cancels after October 13, 2024 no refund will be given.
If an individual cancels before October 13, 2024 a 20% admin fee will be assessed
If an event does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God, the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
There is a chance this tournament could be canceled due to inclement weather. If the event is canceled prior to the start of the event, a 20% administrative fee will be retained to cover fixed costs or a transfer as previously detailed will be offered.
If the event starts and you play 0 games, TCS will retain 20% of your entry fee to cover administration costs; if you play one game TCS will refund 50% and 2 games or more, no refund will be provided.
