2024 marks the 7th year of the Triple Crown Virginia Beach Showcase. Triple Crown Sports has a long-standing history of putting on premier camp and showcase events throughout the United States. Triple Crown's Virginia Beach Showcase is similar to the Showcase in the City of Lights model, a proven magnet for college coaches for more than 17 years.

Event Details

event format

Each team will participate in five overall instructional games Saturday and Sunday - Games will start at 8 am both days and there will be college coaches at every backstop. Pitching distance is 43 feet. The Virginia Beach Showcase is not a tournament, nor are teams advancing to championship play. There will be NO SCORE kept during this event. 1 hour and 20 minute drop dead games and no substitution restrictions. We will have two umpires on each field to help control the game for time and keep all parties on the field safe.

College Coaches will be working the Team Showcase from the backstops. A great way to attract coaches to your games is to contact coaches prior to the event informing them on team name and game times.

conditions of acceptance:

Teams must comply with our `Stay to Play` lodging policy or pay the surcharge by October 23, 2024

Teams must complete their roster online at www.triplecrownsports.com by October 9th, 2024 as rosters are sent to be printed for the college coach book. All players must have a parent signature and all teams must have current team insurance or a team may be left off of the schedule.

price information:

$1,575 per Team - For team showcase only. This event will sell out prior to the deadline, so secure your spot as soon as possible. Triple Crown can take 31 teams in the Virginia Beach Showcase. Triple Crown's Required Lodging Policy is in effect - to book your hotels teams must be paid in full for the event and meet the other conditions for entry into the team event.

equipment required for participants:

Coaches are required to complete a Triple Crown Roster online. Teams are to bring their own equipment as if playing in a tournament.

game times available:

Schedule will be published online after 4:00 P.M. (MST) on October 25th, 2024

The deadline for team lodging to be reported is October 18, 2024; teams not in compliance with lodging at that time MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULE.

Rules

1. Bat all players if desired
2. Free substitutions. Please make sure substitutions do not postpone game
3. 1:20 - Drop Dead or 7 innings
4. Roster must be completed online at www.triplecrownsports.com, but no line-up cards will be taken and NO SCORES will be kept or posted during this event as we have NCAA coaches working the event and are unable to do so due to NCAA rules.

Refund Policy:
Any refund requests issued two weeks or longer before the start of the event will be fully refunded, minus 20% for an administration fee.

Any refund requests issued within two weeks before the start of the event will not be accepted.
