individual showcase camp This camp is open to all participants; limited by age and number of athletes the camp can take. 60+ College Coaches attended in 2024 from NCAA DI, NCAA DII, NCAA DIII, NAIA and Junior Colleges!
Itinerary, 2025 (this is a sample it may change) Friday: 8:00AM – 10:00 AM: Pitchers and Catchers Session 10:00AM – 12:00 PM: Showcase Game coached by college coaches 12:00PM – 2:00 PM: Offensive drills and skills—rotating through college coaches every 30 minutes!Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Showcase Game coached by college coaches 10:00AM – 12:00 PM: Defensive drills and skills—again rotating every 30 minutes with different coaches than Friday !Thursday, October 23 : Check In will be at Horseshoe Hotel Convention Center, room TBA. Check In will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.Friday, Oct. 24: ALL Pitchers and Catchers need to be at Majestic Park on the lower pod (field 11) warmed up and ready to throw by 8:00am, we suggest pitchers and catchers arrive between 7:15am and 7:30am in order to warm up for the pitching and catching session. Pitchers do not need to bring a catcher we will have catchers to warm them up and catch them during that session of the camp. Saturday Oct. 25: Another Instructional Showcase Game will be scheduled for an 8:00AM start. All players must be with their showcase team at the scheduled field (teams and schedules will be known to players one week prior to the event and copies will be in their player packet at check in. Cleats on and ready to warm up by 7:15 AM. Players will complete a showcase game as well as a skills and drills session with their showcase team and will rotate with their team for offensive/defensive skills and drills. Sunday, Oct. 26: After the completion of the team showcase games event, all participants are to meet at the lower pod for the Open House with the College Coaches. NCAA coaches may not be allowed to speak with certain participants about their softball program depending upon graduation year, but can answer general questions about their school. NAIA and Junior College programs will be able to speak to ALL participants about any topic.Player check-in will be on Thursday (Oct. 23, 2025) at the Horseshoe Hotel. Room TBA.
